Hey all!
I'd like to start with saying, what a great first meet! We had lots of A times and a lot of great competition! In fact, we had 38 swimmers in the meet and we had 21 swimmers make A times! Our season is off to a great start and we (the coaches) are really looking forward to a great week of focusing on starts, turns, finishes and on breastroke. This will be a tough week practice-wise as we have been building endurance the past few weeks and will now be pushing the kids in yardage so that they will bring some even greater results in meets. Expect some tired kids, but continue to encourage them that they will get out of it what they put into it.
Check the links in the right column under vital links-I have posted the current A Qualifying times and the Top Times for the season. Several are missing A times by a small margin, so we'll get those yet!
